UPCOMING EVENTS

Challis Foothills Trail Build Day – August 22, 2026 – 9:00am to 12:00am – Let’s finish it off! We will be building the final 200 ft of Lower Grand, the final trail left in the phase 1 expansion of the Challis Foothills Trail system. We will meet at 9:00am at the Blue Mountain Trailhead (the one right next to the dump) and proceed to the worksite. We plan to work till the trail is finished, but don’t anticipate the work going much past noon. If you have tools you want to bring feel free to do so, but tools will be provided. If you plan to attend please send an email letting us know to challismtb@gmail.com, so that we can get a head count and know how many tools to bring. For those that may not want to do the actual building, there is also an opportunity to go up with the group and walk along the existing trail and pull the ribbon used to mark the trail. There is alot of it left along the trail that needs pulled and thrown away. Hope to see everyone on Saturday!
