The Action Plan below, developed in 2019, was a collaborative effort including diverse stakeholders from the community of Challis, City of Challis, State of Idaho, and Federal land managers. Their goal was to establish a network of community trails connecting popular destinations in Challis with parks and trails on the surrounding public lands. Although our plans are still evolving, the Action Plan continues to serve as a valuable guide for planning.
